LookShift Privacy Policy

LookShift, by Coheron Lab, is a private AI styling studio. It is designed for personal style exploration — not public posting, social ranking, beauty scoring, or judgement.

This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have when using LookShift. By using LookShift, you agree to this Privacy Policy.


1. What LookShift Does

LookShift lets you upload a photo and create AI-generated style previews, such as hair changes, dress try-ons, outfit ideas, makeup looks, headshots, portraits, backdrops, photo restore, couple portraits, group portraits, and other creative visual previews. It is a private preview tool. Generated images are creative AI visualizations and may not exactly match real-life results.


2. Information We Collect

Account Information

We may collect your email address or phone number, user ID, and authentication information handled through Firebase Authentication to manage your account and sync your saved previews.

Subscription and Purchase Information

We receive limited purchase and entitlement information through RevenueCat and your app store provider. We do not receive or store your full payment card details.

Photos and Reference Images

LookShift only uses photos that you choose to upload or select inside the app. Your photos stay on your device until you choose to create an AI preview.

Saved Looks / “Keeps”

If you choose to save a preview, we store the generated image, style used, and creation date privately in your account.


3. How We Use Your Information

  • To sign you in and sync your experience.
  • To create the AI style previews you request.
  • To manage subscriptions and entitlements.
  • To improve app reliability and safety.

We do not use your photos to build a public profile, score your appearance, or show your results to other users.


4. How Your Photos Are Handled

Your photo remains on your device unless you choose to create a preview. When you create a preview, images are securely transmitted to our AI service providers (like Google Cloud) to generate the result. We do not sell your photos, post them publicly, or use them for advertising.


5. Face and Identity Handling

LookShift may process photos that include your face to generate personal style previews. We use face information only to generate the requested preview and help preserve your identity in the result. We do not use face information to create biometric profiles or track you across services.


6. Service Providers

We use trusted third-party providers including Firebase/Google Cloud, Google Gemini image models, RevenueCat, and App Store providers. We do not sell your personal data.


7. Data Retention & Deletion

We keep your data only as long as needed. You can delete saved looks or your entire account within the app. Upon deletion, your cloud profile and saved previews are removed from our active databases.
