  Note on Payment Security: All financial transactions are processed directly and securely by Google Play. Delta Rank never stores or accesses your credit card or billing details.

Delta Rank utilizes advanced artificial intelligence models (such as Google Gemini) to analyze question scans and generate educational explanations.

• Data Security: Your scanned images are uploaded to secure cloud infrastructure solely for processing and text/image analysis.
• Educational Disclaimer: While our AI is highly sophisticated, automated content can occasionally contain inaccuracies. Students are strongly encouraged to verify important answers against official textbooks or academic curricula.

5. Data Sharing and Third-Party Services

We do not sell your personal information. To operate our services efficiently, we partner with trusted third-party providers who process data strictly under our instructions:

• Google Firebase & Google Cloud: For secure user authentication, database management, and cloud infrastructure.
• Google Gemini: For generating AI-driven academic solutions and explanations.
• RevenueCat & Google Play: For managing subscription logic, processing payments, and verifying digital entitlements.

6. Data Retention and Account Deletion

We retain your data only for as long as your account remains active or as needed to provide you with our educational services.

You have full control over your data. You can delete your account and all associated information at any time through:

• Web: Submitting a request via our dedicated Deletion Request Page.

Upon receiving a deletion request, Delta Rank will permanently remove your profile information, scanned questions, Rank Cards, and learning history from our active databases, typically within 30 days.
